IN PERSON
In our beautiful space in St. Pete, we offer both the initial session and the follow ups. This is a small space for you to truly get to know your Doctor, while feeling safe to share all of the deepest concerns you have. From start to finish, we are here for you to feel HOPE.
PESSARY FIT/TRIAL
A thorough examination to determine stage and type of prolapse and whether you would benefit from a pessary. If so, we can fit and order right in office. We insert, remove, move, drink water, and use the restroom WITH the pessary inserted to make sure you leave with the right size.
VIRTUAL SERVICES
Whether you don’t live nearby, or you have kids at home and can’t get out for an appointment, we are here for you. We can get the results you need from the comfort of your home! Just make sure you have space 🙂
PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM ATHLETICISM COACHING
Programming done for YOU with exactly where you are and what you need. We tailor the workouts to your needs and make sure you aren’t experiencing symptoms along the way. What better way to make sure all of the right things are being done than working with a Pelvic PT?!
CUPPING & CORRECTIVE
For established clients only - once you establish care, many of our clients simply need a quicker hands on and movement update- used a LOT between longer sessions, or right before/after travel or a competition/marathon etc.
