What to Expect At Your First Session

Your first appointment is 90 minutes and covers everything: a thorough history, functional movement assessment, core evaluation, and pelvic floor exam (internal if indicated). You'll leave knowing exactly what's going on and what we're going to do about it — no vague answers, no 'let's see how it goes.'

Why Out-Of-Network Care is Worth it in St. Pete Beach, FL

We're an out-of-network provider by choice. The insurance model pushes clinics toward high volume and short sessions — which doesn't work for pelvic floor dysfunction. Our model lets us give you the time, attention, and individualized plan you deserve. We provide superbills so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits.
